Currently, we only deliver within Addis Ababa and surrounding areas. For customers outside Addis, you can visit our showroom or we can arrange pickup options
Absolutely! All our eco-bags are handcrafted by local Ethiopian artisans in our Addis Ababa workshop using sustainable materials.
We use recycled paper, organic cotton, jute, and locally-sourced sustainable materials. All bags are designed to withstand Ethiopian weather conditions.
We accept cash on delivery, Commercial Bank of Ethiopia transfers, Dashen Bank deposits, and in-person payments at our Addis showroom
No! With cash on delivery, you inspect your bag first and pay only when satisfied with the quality.
For orders above 2000 ETB, we offer flexible payment plans. Contact us to arrange a suitable payment schedule.
Yes, we accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your returned item.
